ChubbFolio is a quick and easy paperless choice designed for Chubb Personal Insurance clients who wish to access their Masterpiece® policy documents and important policyholder services online, at any time. You do not need any special software to open your secure policy documents, just a personal computer with an Adobe PDF Reader. (If you do not have Adobe PDF Reader, please click here to download it.)
Once you have enrolled in ChubbFolio, you will no longer receive Chubb Personal Insurance documents by mail except those documents which we are required by law to provide in paper format and those documents which are not yet eligible for online view through ChubbFolio.
By agreeing to receive your Chubb documents online through ChubbFolio, we will automatically deliver them to Chubb’s secure ChubbFolio portal as soon as they have been approved and released by Chubb. We will notify you at the email address you provide for us when a document is ready for view.
This site shall be restricted to authorized persons only. Your unique ChubbFolio access code and password are used to identify you and will allow you to access ChubbFolio only. You may also have access to and obtain information on your insurance coverage by speaking to the Chubb Customer Care team at 1-888-57-CHUBB (24822) or by sending an e-mail to ChubbCustomerCare@chubb.com.
You are responsible for the care and control of your ChubbFolio access code and password. You must keep your ChubbFolio access code and password confidential and take every reasonable precaution to maintain them safely. You will not disclose your access code or password to anyone. Any liability arising from unauthorized access to this site as a result of the disclosure of your access code or your password shall be your responsibility.
If you know or suspect that someone is using or may know your ChubbFolio access code or password, you must immediately notify us by calling the Chubb Customer Care team at 1-888-57-CHUBB (24822) or by sending an e-mail to ChubbCustomerCare@chubb.com.
Your documents will be available online after you have successfully enrolled in ChubbFolio, beginning with the most recent postings since June 28, 2012. Any future changes to your policy will be available for view once they have been approved and issued by Chubb. You will receive a ChubbFolio email notification when your documents are available for view. By making your insurance policies available to you on ChubbFolio, you agree and accept that your policies are deemed to be delivered to you for the purposes of satisfying any legislative policy delivery or issuance requirements.
Should we receive a bounceback from the email address you have provided to us when we attempt to notify you that a Chubb document has been posted to ChubbFolio, you will receive your policy documents in paper format and a letter advising you that the Document Alert we sent to your email address was returned to us as undeliverable. The Chubb Customer Care team will attempt to contact you directly to confirm that the correct email address is on file. We will attempt to contact you based on the telephone numbers we have on file provided by your insurance brokers. Your documents will continue to be accessible online.
If within 3 business days we are unsuccessful in reaching you, we will revert completely back to paper copies of your Chubb documents while continuing to post your documents on ChubbFolio until you provide us with an appropriate email address that will accept our notification emails.
To change your email address, simply sign-in to ChubbFolio, click on “My account”, on “Change Email Address”, and follow the steps to change your email address. You will receive a confirmation email to the new email address you have entered. If you need assistance, please contact the Chubb Customer Care team at ChubbCustomerCare@chubb.com or call 1-855-57CHUBB (24822) between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.

You will not use ChubbFolio for illegal, fraudulent or defamatory purposes or take any steps which could undermine the security or integrity of ChubbFolio, or cause harm to or threaten to harm any other user of ChubbFolio or any other Electronic Financial Service.
There is no service fee to receive your Chubb policy(s) or related documents electronically.
Under no circumstances shall we, nor our affiliates, agents, and suppliers, be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages (including without limitation all losses, costs, expenses, inconvenience, lost profits, lost revenues, or similar economic loss), whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials available here or in any linked site, even if the failure, error or malfunction was a result of our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or representatives; or if we are advised of the possibility thereof, nor for any claim by a third party.
