ChubbFolio is a quick and easy paperless choice designed for Chubb Personal Insurance clients who wish to access their Masterpiece® policy documents and important policyholder services online, at any time.
Enrolment is secure, quick and easy. Visit https://chubbfolio.chubb.com/en/Account.mvc/registration to enrol now. To set up your account, you will need your unique access code you received by mail. You will also be asked to provide any of your active Personal Insurance policy numbers with Chubb. After you enter your email address and set up your personal password, we will send you an email confirming you have successfully enrolled in ChubbFolio.
Your documents will be accessible online and you will no longer receive paper copies of your documents. Only mandatory documents will continue to be sent to you in paper format (e.g., automobile liability certificates).
Your documents will be available online after you have successfully enrolled in ChubbFolio, beginning with the most recent postings. Any future changes to your policy will be available for view once they have been approved and issued by Chubb. You will receive a ChubbFolio email notification when your documents are available for view.
You can automatically access documents for all people noted as named insureds with you on any policy. For your auto policy, anyone who is a listed driver can also view your auto policy provided the driver is noted as a named insured with you on any policy that you share. To link policies that do not share these similarities within your household, you can contact Chubb Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-855-57CHUBB (24822) between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, and request these additional views. A series of security questions will be asked before any further access is granted to you.
Yes. You can unenrol from ChubbFolio at any time and resume delivery of paper documents by sending us an email at email@example.com or by calling Chubb Customer Care at 1-855-57CHUBB (24822) between the hours of 8:30 am and 7:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday.
You are still receiving your insurance documents in paper format because another named insured listed on your policy has not yet enrolled in ChubbFolio. In order to completely switch to online delivery, all the named insureds listed on a policy need to enrol in ChubbFolio.
You can change your password at any time. At the Sign in page, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps to reset it. Please note that the link sent to you will only be valid for a limited amount of time.
To change the email address linked to your ChubbFolio account, sign-in to ChubbFolio and go to “My account”, “Change Email Address”. Follow the steps to change your email address. You will then receive a confirmation email from Chubb to the new email address you have entered.

You can choose to receive information from Chubb to learn more about our products and services and also to receive important announcements and updates.
This information will be sent to the email address you use for sign-in to ChubbFolio.
You will receive a letter advising you that the Document Alert we sent to your email address was returned to us as undeliverable. To change your email address, simply sign-in to ChubbFolio, click on “My account”, on “Change Email Address”, and follow the steps to change your email address. You will receive a confirmation email to the new email address you have entered.
